Delivery

Each processing of your order is done within 48 working hours. Your orders are then sent by letter followed or by colissimo according to your choice, so you have an internet tracking code to be able to follow them.

Delivery times are 2 to 10 working days for Metropolitan France and Monaco, 10 to 15 days for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland depending on the delivery method chosen.

New: Delivery available in Canada: international tracked letter or colissimo from 6 to 21 working days.

Buzios 23 cannot be held responsible for delays, damage and losses due to the carrier. In this case no refund will be possible.

Given the current context, delivery services may extend delivery times without warning, please take this into account.

The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated to us during the ordering process.

In the event of a package not received, the customer must then approach the postal services to open an investigation.

If a package is not collected by the customer, it will return to the Buzios23 store where no refund will be issued and if the customer wishes to have it sent back a second time to his home or relay point, the delivery costs will be at his expense. .

In accordance with article L.121-16 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original and new packaging, suitable for its re-marketing and request the exchange  and this without any cost, except for the cost of return.

Attention except on food products and personalized jewelry, no return will be possible. Products such as Vinoos non-alcoholic teas and sweets do not may be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
